For those prospective students looking to truly capture the spirit of aviation as they explore the possibility of becoming a pilot themselves, what could be better than a flight over the Pacific Ocean and the famed Catalina Island for a truly unforgettable flight lesson? Or better yet, why not take it up a notch and actually land at the airport? Or better still, stay for lunch! Steeped in history, and a throwback to the golden age of flight, the airfield on Catalina Island was developed by the Wrigley family, and later commandeered by the military during WWII. Today, the airport is a favorite destination of aviation enthusiasts seeking the ultimate “$100 Hamburger”. It's not to be missed! The VIP Catalina Island Discover Flight offered exclusively at Camarillo Flight Instruction is an unequaled aviation training adventure reserved for the most discerning student pilots. If this sounds as great to you as it does to us, we hope you will join us for this incredible training experience. We look forward to seeing you in the sky!
